POWER SKILLS ACADEMY™
Our signature workforce readiness and career development program helps participants better understand themselves, their options, and their next move. Through hands-on learning, participants strengthen workplace communication, financial capability, career planning, and professional skills while building practical tools they can use to move confidently toward employment, training, or entrepreneurship.

Learning should continue throughout a career. Kind Works offers practical professional development for working professionals, supervisors, employers, and industry leaders. As a SHRM Recertification Provider, we offer eligible courses that provide SHRM Professional Development Credits while strengthening the skills needed to lead, communicate, manage, and grow in today’s workplace.
