Entry and acceptance requirements

To join the PSA, you should:

  • Be 18 or older

  • Be able to attend two 3-hour sessions a week for 8 weeks. Graduation requires 85% participation, which means missing no more than 2 of the 16 sessions. Approved make-up work and hybrid options can count toward that.

  • Want to figure out your next step toward a job, business, training, or school, even if you’re not sure which yet

  • Attend an online info session, complete a short application, and have a 30-minute chat with our team

  • Agree to the participant agreement and to brief check-ins at 30, 90, and 180 days after graduation


You do not need: a diploma or degree, work experience, a career plan, or a clean record. PSA is designed to welcome people reentering the workforce.
