Kind Works EDU is recruiting working professionals to serve as Fellows in Power Skills Academy, our 8-week career readiness program in Pomona, California. Fellows teach evening sessions, give participants feedback on resumes, interviews and plans, and help review our curriculum. We're looking for experts in HR and recruiting, financial coaching, digital skills and AI, apprenticeships and the workforce system, small business, college and training admissions, and reentry and access advocacy. Session Fellows receive a stipend for teaching time.
